Dhaka, Bangladesh — Builder & Operator — known as "Protick"

I find problems people have stopped questioning, then build the system that removes them.

Six ventures, one method: eliminate the point where a system extracts too much, moves too slowly, or depends on a human who shouldn't have to be there. Below is what's live, what's in motion, and the thinking behind each.

About

Applied AI Architect & Engineer — business owner

Focused on multi-model LLM orchestration, agentic systems, and practical business automation — one year of hands-on AI workflow experience, alongside ownership of businesses in e-commerce, restaurants, and the Digital Sign portfolio.

Across these projects I connect model APIs and backend services, translate business requirements into workflows, direct AI-assisted implementation, iterate prompts, and review results against acceptance criteria. Business ownership gives a practical perspective on the problems these systems need to solve and the responsibility involved in operating them. ORBIT explores a six-agent business workflow for customer conversations, structured orders, deterministic validation, and owner approvals; the Digital Sign projects run connected creative pipelines for video, image, and voice generation. I distinguish working foundations from integrations and outcomes still awaiting live verification.

BSc in Maritime Science and Shipping, Canadian University of Bangladesh, plus a Bangladesh Class 3 Certificate of Competency — a maritime background that informs an emphasis on clear responsibilities, controlled execution, and reliable handoffs.

Six systems, each removing one extraction point

No Wait

Real-time availability and booking for Dhaka's service businesses — barbershops first, then salons, repairs and restaurants. Built as a universal platform, not a category app: the same booking and leaderboard engine works for any walk-in business.

The model: shop owners keep roughly 95% of revenue, against the 65–75% left after FoodPanda- and Uber-style commissions. Free for the first six months to build network density before monetization switches on — customer booking fee, shop subscription, and a Pro tier are already built and dormant, not retrofitted later.

ORBIT

A six-agent AI operating system for businesses with too much information for humans to track reliably — multi-branch retail, restaurants, garment supply chains. Sales, QA, integration, knowledge, business intelligence and marketing intelligence run as one coordinated system, not six separate bots.

Piloting live on my own e-commerce business first, so failures surface on my own risk before any customer sees them. Next verticals: restaurants (recipe-level inventory, fraud detection on supplier delivery costs) and footwear retail chains, where a willing buyer walks out because no one can check stock at another branch in real time.

DELTA-100 logo

DELTA-100

A 100 MW coastal power plant built from recovered marine main engines sourced through Bhatiari ship-breaking — not new capital equipment. Exhaust heat and jacket water drive a steam turbine for free in-plant electricity, pushing the delivered price toward ৳13/unit, well under what an HFO plant must otherwise charge.

Positioned as dedicated, 100%-uptime power for economic zones and hi-tech parks — the single issue foreign manufacturers (Japanese, Korean, Chinese) cite most about operating in Bangladesh. Reliability is backed by an independent emergency UPS bridge plus a standby marine-engine backup generator, so continuous supply is the number-one guarantee to exclusive business and economic-zone tenants. Currently in front of BPDB.

Delta 71 Watchdog logo

Watchdog — Delta 71

A low-cost autonomous surveillance drone and self-charging dock, built roughly 10x cheaper than DJI's Dock 4 using 3D-printed components and China-sourced motors and batteries, with a full blueprint specified before a single part is cut.

Aimed at Bangladesh's enterprise and security market — early conversations with a police OC and the Border Guard Bangladesh DG, who has requested a formal written proposal. Scale path: government-funded paid pilot, then manufacture-to-blueprint abroad with local assembly.

DS Drama

A freemium short-form drama platform producing AI-generated series in Bangla, built for lower- and middle-income Bangladeshi audiences — garment workers, drivers, security guards — priced at 20–50 BDT per unlocked series rather than a subscription they can't justify.

Production runs on a self-built pipeline (script → reference images → video generation → QA → edit) that cut cost per drama from early six-figure-taka estimates to roughly ৳30,000, with a path to 10 operators producing 10 dramas a month in parallel. The production tool itself — Digital Sign Dream Studio — is being prepared as a separate commercial product.

Digital Sign AI Ad Studio

A self-serve platform that turns a phone photo of a product into a finished vertical commercial — AI model stills plus a generated video ad — for small Bangladeshi merchants who can't afford a production team. The underlying generator, Digital Sign Dream Studio, is already proven internally on my own e-commerce business.

Live showcase case study is Pro Shopping BD's own photo-to-ad pipeline. Targeting roughly 40% margin as a commercial product, positioned as a cheaper, better-quality alternative to existing AI video tools.

How these get built

"When there's no place to make a mistake, people either do it right or don't do it at all."

Every system here is designed the same way: narrow the points where a front-line person — an agent, a manager, an operator — can make a costly mistake, until they either do it correctly or the system stops them before it compounds. Not about removing people; about removing the room for error.

No prior engineering background — five years as a navigational officer at sea before coming ashore. Every build here is directed, specified, and risk-tested personally, with AI handling execution and five independent models cross-checking every major decision before it ships.
